Brenda Pelz has always had a passion for decorating.
When her own home sold in one week, the builder of her new home requested she work on some of his new model homes. She chose colors, flooring, counter tops and fixtures.
She also staged the homes with furniture and accessories she chose to complement each individual space.
Brenda enjoyed it so much, she decided to turn her “hobby” into a business and Focal Point Home Staging and Redesign, LLC became a reality.
Brenda’s down-to-earth, no nonsense, easy going style is a great asset when it comes to dealing with the stress of selling or redecorating a home.
Brenda is a regular guest on the 4th Wednesday morning of every month on Local 7 Lifestyles, with Stefanie Martinez. She has been featured in News4U, The Tri-States Ultimate Lifestyle Guide and is the Guest Designer for the Evansville Kirklands Store located in The Pavilion.
Brenda Pelz of Focal Point Home Staging and Redesign, LLC is a Home Staging Resource Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner. The Home Staging Resource (HSR) is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry. She is a Senior Redesign Specialist, certified through Redesign For Retirement Living, and is a graduate of The Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program, created by internationally known home staging expert Debra Gould of Six Elements, Inc.
Brenda is a member of RESA, Active Rain, and Energized Sellers. She is also active in her community as a member of The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana, Tri-State Case Manager’s Network, Power House Network and T.E.A.M.
